Playoff-bound Dukes tame Tigers
JMU earns share of A-10 title
In vanquishing Towson University 31-17 Saturday at Johnny Unitas Stadium,
JMU claimed its first Atlantic 10 championship since 1999 — but so
did the University of Delaware and the College of William & Mary.
Injured defense heads to postseason
The Dukes may have been victors in their final regular season game Saturday
against the Towson University Tigers, but heading into the playoffs, JMU’s
defense is battered and bruised.
